Join Sugar for an evening starting with Holotropic Breathwork and easing into a Sound Bath and Reiki at Laughing Frog Yoga Studio. This in-person event will take place on SAT Apr 6 2024 at 6:00 PM at Laughing Frog Yoga Studio.

*Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and eye mask for optimal relaxation. No shoes or chairs inside the space. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before the class begins. Doors will be locked at 6:05pm.
