Join us for a powerful hour of Biodynamic Breathwork, a somatic journey designed to support emotional release, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.
This group session invites you to connect deeply with your breath and body, allowing you to move through held tension, old stories, and energetic blocks — all within a trauma-informed, sacred container.
Through breath, music, and gentle somatic cueing, we open the door to:

No experience with breathwork is required. You will be guided every step of the way.
🧘 What’s Included
- Opening intention-setting and nervous system grounding
- 35–40 minute Biodynamic Breathwork cycle with music
- Integration space with optional sound healing
- Herbal tea, water, and light refreshments
- Journaling prompts to take home (optional)
🧺 What to Bring
- Yoga mat or blanket (we do supply these, but it can be soothing to have your own)
- Pillow or bolster
- Water bottle
- Journal (optional)
- An open heart and willingness to breathe
