Breathwork is not for everyone. If you have any contraindications listed below, please check with your healthcare providor and please let me know before the event! Your safety is always first priority.
Contraindications for Somatic Breathwork
• Pregnancy (due to the intensity of breathwork)
• Cardiovascular issues, including high blood pressure or heart disease
• History of severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis)
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• Severe asthma (unless inhaler is on hand)
• Recent major surgeries or physical injuries
• Severe osteoporosis
• Detached retina or glaucoma
• Individuals with a history of aneurysms
