Spend your Saturday evening slowing down the mind and body to land in a space of inner serenity. In Breathe + Restore Yael Haar will guide you through restorative pranayama (breath techniques) for mental clarity and balance. We will circulate our breath to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and allow our bodies to move into a restorative state. In this gentle softening of the body we reconnect to the original Self, our core energetic state. This will be followed by mantra meditation to stimulate the crown chakra (deep intuition and universal connection) and expand our sensitivity. The session will close with a deeply restorative extended sound bath (30 minutes) including chao gong and sonic chimes.
