WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING:

• Dress in loose and comfy clothing.
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering (optional), and anything else you may need to lie comfortably on the floor.
• Please avoid food at least 30 minutes prior.
• Arrive at 4:45 pm to check in and set up a cozy space.
