In all the excitement of preparing for labour and a new born we often forget the importance of taking care of ourselves. Taking care of our physical and mental wellness during pregnancy can make the process a little easier and also have a baring on our labour. This 2.5 hour session will provide you with the tools to stay calm centred and in control during your pregnancy and labour.

- all levels of yoga including complete beginners
- 14 weeks gestation to full term
What this session includes:
- Gentle yoga to feel more comfortable in the body and prepare for labour
- Breathing and relaxation practices to calm the nervous system now and during labour
- Tea and cake to finish the session and chat to other expectant mums
