Let's move our bodies, embrace nature, and celebrate self-love together. See you on the trails! We'll be conquering beautiful city nature trails, getting some fresh air, and connecting with ourselves and each other. All bodies are welcome – this is about celebrating YOU!

This event is all about connecting with nature, moving our bodies, and connecting with the community.
We'll start with a scenic hike to get our bodies moving and then transition into a relaxing yoga session led by Thick Girl Yoga LA. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with like-minded individuals, and nourish your mind, body, and soul. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
