Info: I discovered Breathwork during a challenging chapter, and it became the anchor that softened my mind and opened my heart. That experience inspired me to facilitate in a way that’s warm, trauma‑informed, and consent‑based—no forcing, just choice and support. In my sessions, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques to calm the nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. I believe the breath is a beautiful resource we carry with us all the time; my job is to help you remember how to use it with clarity, safety, and care.
