Join Kathleen Robinson, Breathe & Become for a cosy and uplifting community morning designed to help you step into 2026 with intention. Together, we’ll explore gentle breathwork, reflective prompts, and vision board creation in the warm and welcoming setting of Hello Josephine Café.This is a free gathering for local women who want to create space for themselves, feel inspired, and begin the year with a sense of focus and possibility. No artistic skill needed — just an open heart and a desire to start 2026 feeling grounded and aligned.
💫 What to Expect
During this 90-minute session, you’ll enjoy:
A grounding breathwork practice to gently settle your mind and body
Reflection prompts to help you explore your hopes and desires for 2026
Time to create your personal vision board
Support, guidance, and a relaxed creative atmosphere
A chance to connect with like-minded women in your local community
All glue sticks, markers, and a small selection of craft materials will be provided.
🎨 What to Bring
Please bring:
A piece of card (A3 is ideal)
Magazines for cutting and collage
Any personal photos, images, quotes, or items that inspire you
Optional: stickers, tape, or any extras you love using
You’re encouraged to start collecting images and words between now and the session — it makes the experience even more meaningful.
