This breathing workshop will be led by certified breath coach Shereen Yusuff ObSB (certified in Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Method) who is a convert; and Legionary priest Fr. Andreas Kramarz LC, Ph.D.Over 3 days, breathwork, prayer, and anthropology will be blended to deepen your connection with God. Shereen will guide participants in using breath to cultivate stillness and to access the heart physically and spiritually, while Fr. Andreas will offer reflections on the heart as the integral center of the person.
