Join in for a peaceful evening of guided breath & sound where we connect with our breath to calm the mind & body, balance emotions and improve sleep. Let go of stress, anxiety and the hurriedness of the season & fill your body with the gift of presence, peace and joy.
This breath journey + sound bath includes guided visioning, gentle deep breathing, holiday music, energy healing, crystal sound bowl healing, journaling and time for community. Your full presence is the present 🎁. Mats, pillows and blankets provided, but feel free to bring your own as well. ❤️
