Breathe in Sound ~ a Breathwork Sound Bath Experience

Our sonic breathwork experience is a powerful practice that helps participants release suppressed stress, unprocessed emotions and energy blockages that have been stuck in our energetic ecosystem. The purpose of this session is to help regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom, to facilitate healing and promote a deeper understanding of oneself through the synergy of breath and sound.
When we experience trauma and high stress environments that trigger the stress response over long periods of time, it is believed that, we store within our cellular memory the energy of that experience. When we are not able to process this emotional trauma and release it, this emotional buildup then can become stuck, locked or frozen within us. And this can cause imbalance and disease within the body, mind and spirit.
When we practice certain breathwork techniques, we can help the nervous system to process this energy and bring it up during the session. During this process, it is believed that participants can release suppressed feelings, limiting thoughts and beliefs, and any aspects of themselves that holds them back from living a fulfilling life.
Breathing in this way allows that energy to move and to be released. By addressing undigested emotions and physical tensions, the sessions helps to regulate the nervous system, which is crucial for overall health and well-being.
The guided breathwork practice is a simple and incredibly easy and helps you to let go of years of built-up stress and tension.
This transformative experience integrates intentional breathing techniques with sound therapy, using instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs.
This practice is also designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, foster deep relaxation, promot calmness and reduce stress and anxiety levels.
What to expect:
This experience will be done lying down. Maria will lead you through the breathwork process while Calvin will bathe you in healing sound vibrations.
Participants engage in specific breathing patterns to influence their emotional, mental and physical states. The cornerstone of this breathwork practice is the connected breath, a continuous breathing pattern without pauses between inhale and exhale.
This intentional breathing helps to unlock those stored emotions to facilitate deeper healing.
During the breathwork process, you may notice tingling or warmth in the body, emotional and energetic release such as laughter or tears, a sense of openness or lightness, or moments of unexpected clarity or visions. Some people have powerful experiences while others have something more subtle peaceful experience
Once the breathwork portion completes, you can smoothly enter the sound journey—starting with softer tones and gradually expanding into deeper layers. Because participants are already in a deeply receptive state, the sound tends to travel more meaningfully through the system, helping one to integrate the benefits even deeper and allow participants to process the breathwork experience.
Each session will reveal new layers of stored memory.
Whether you’re seeking stress or anxiety relief, emotional processing, spiritual connection, or a deeper presence within yourself, this synergistic approach provides the opportunity to activate your inner power to heal, release, rebalance and renew yourself from within.

If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures or epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions or asthma, or have been diagnosed with a severe mental health condition or disorder, we highly recommend that you consult with your physician before participating. This might not be a session for you.
*You should not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational substances.

Pre-registration is required by calling us or going online to book. Only 13 seats are available.
The session starts at 7pm so please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
