This type of deep, connected Breathwork is a very gentle, safe, and powerful process that releases stress from the cells of the body and helps activate the subconscious mind, allowing for the transformation of limiting thoughts and the release of suppressed emotions. This feminine approach to Breathwork helps to relax, manage stress, and calm anxiety.
GROUP BREATHWORK SESSION & THE ART OF BREATHING:
🌿 This is an intimate GROUP SESSION and includes a sacred spae where you explore and discuss current life situations as well as what you know about your childhood and family patterns, and how they may be affecting your life.
🌿 You will be guided in a 75 - 90 min breathing practice and receive one on one support. The Clarity Breathwork process helps to dissolve the past tensions that you have stored on a cellular level, thus making it possible to experience more energy and aliveness.
🌿 There is time to share your experience, integrate and ask questions to better understand the process.
🌬 EXCHANGE OF ENERGY: Group Clarity Breathwork session: 800 MXN (incl. 16% IVA) per person + Eventbrite fee.
🌬 DURATION: 2hrs. Please allow a little bit more time for integration, if needed.
🌬 IMPORTANT NOTICE: The National Park currently charges an entry fee of 60 MXN pp to enter. (subject to change). Please avoid bringing plastic or glass bottles, cans, and music speakers into the park. They will be confiscated.

🌬 PARKING: Free parking is available on-site, based on availability. It is best to arrive by scooter or bicycle.
🌬 BEACH ACCESS & MINIMUM CONSUMPTION:
All my guests have free access to the beach or pool before or after the session. If you wish to stay for the day and use a beach lounge or beach cabana, a minimum consumption applies during the high season.
If you wish to stay for a meal, you can dine in the on-site restaurant without a minimum consumption.
Please consult the front desk or restaurant for availability and up-to-date prices. A minimum consumption is required to use the beach during the high season. There is no minimum consumption required during the low season (summer months). For the latest updates, it is recommended to contact the hotel reception directly.
