Join Reiki Master teacher, Mary Beth Butzer co-hosted by Michelle Hutchison and Ashley Harris for an afternoon of Energy balancing as we come together as ONE ~ Connecting in a SAFE and LOVING, environment holding space for each other, in order for us each to find PEACE, LOVE, LAUGHTER, BONDING, and HEALING.We will start with an energy cleansing and Angel card reading and introduction, relaxed breathing, guided meditation with Mary Beth. As we begin to relax our bodies and allow our mind to quiet, each person will receive Reiki.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress, reduction, and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Location: Wayne County Public Library
Things to bring: blanket or mat anything you need to lay comfortably, ( chair are available if you prefer) crystals, jewelry, cards, etc. that you would like to have Reiki charged.
