Take your practice deeper into self discovery, awareness, exploration, and self-realization with our ongoing six week series of classes, The Sacred Journey Series. This six week series of classes will focus on pranayama (breath control techniques), Bandhas (energy locks), and Mudras (hand gestures or postures that channel or direct energy). These techniques work together in the complete system of yoga to help regulate the flow of Prana (energy), stabilize the mind, and promote a deeper connection to the body and inner self. Classes include discussions and yoga asana practice. You must commit to all six weeks by registering on our website. All classes are held Mondays at 6pm. Taught by Amy.
