Next, you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice specifically designed to complement the breathwork. This accessible flow will focus on opening the chest and shoulders, creating space in the body to allow for a deeper, more cleansing breath.
The heart of our workshop will be a focused session on Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing. You'll learn the proper technique and discover how this powerful pranayama can calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.
We will conclude the workshop with a blissful Yoga Nidra session. Often called "yogic sleep," this guided meditation will lead you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your body to absorb the benefits of the practice and emerge feeling completely renewed.

Meet Vidya, RYT 500
Hailing from India, Vidya is an experienced and passionate yoga instructor with advanced training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. She loves sharing her knowledge with fellow students and assisting them as they blossom in their own practice. She teaches and practices a full range of yoga styles, beginning with pranayama and focusing on asana perfection, transitioning to power yoga, and concluding with yoga nidra or meditation.
