Join our health and wellness coach, Jackie Bean, for a relaxing and reflective evening. On the third Thursday of each month, Jackie will be hosting a short workshop centered around mindfulness.
Each session will include: breathing, visualization, and reflection/writing prompt to focus on promoting mindfulness. Attendees can also enjoy complimentary tea and coffee during the session!
Wear comfortable clothes; we will sit and lie on yoga mats!
