Breathe & Receive: An Evening of Breathwork and Sound Healing by the Sea

Join us for a deeply restorative evening where the power of breath meets the vibration of sound. Led by Nicola, an experienced breathwork facilitator, and Kirsten, holistic therapist and sound healer, this session has been lovingly designed to bring you back home to yourself.

The venue-

Our gathering takes place in a beautiful room overlooking the sea – the perfect backdrop to slow down, reconnect and restore.

The Evening Flow-

-Arrival and introductions, you will be invited to cosy down under a blanket with a warming eye mask.

-Guided Breathwork practices with Nicola- bringing you back into your body, calming the mind, and regulating the nervous system.

-Immersive Sound Bath with Kirsten- a journey of sound with tibetan bowls to invite deep rest.

-Reintegration- herbal tea and a snack will be available whilst you slowly come round. There will be time for any questions or comments on your experience.

Who is the evening for?

Anyone looking to step out of the chaos of life and spend an evening experiencing rest and regulation. Whether you are brand new to these practices or already familiar, this event offers a gentle sanctuary.

Price: £20 per person

What to bring-

You don't need anything but yourself as everything is provided, however you are welcome to bring along items you feel will make you more comfortable- extra blankets, hot water bottle etc, a water bottle.

What to wear-

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. Pyjamas aren't necessary but they are most definitely recommended!

• This event is safe (and beautiful) for anyone over 12 weeks of pregnancy.
