Breathe & Heal - Conscious Breathwork Event with Craig Seaton Using the natural technologies of breath, body and mind you will heal, let go, release and then increase your positive energy and health.
About this Event

Every human's experience is deeply affected by their flow of energy. This energy is easily blocked up by unreleased emotion, limited mental beliefs and negative thoughts, physical tension and a disconnection to life and our fellow humans.

This evening event is designed for you to remove these blocks through practices curated in sequence to maximise the most out of the session. Not only do you get the benefits of healing and release through these practices, but energy work is enhanced and boosted with a group.

We will be purifying with cleansing thought through meditation and mantra then onto emotional & physcial energy release with movement & breath followed by relaxtion and restoration.

This integrated experience is built together with Meditation, Kundalini Yoga based movements and simple Trauma Release Exercises, Sound & Mantra, Breathwork & Integration.

  • OPENING: we begin the event by dropping in with a meditation to align together and set our individual intentions. We become aligned to the healing energy and connect as a collective through the heart space to carry us through the whole event.
  • KUNDALINI & SOMATIC MOVEMENTS: we then transition to a 45-60 minute Kundalini Yoga practice to shake off stagnation and awaken the energy of consciousness. The practice works on blowing out the knots and blocks in the physical and energetical bodies allowing the internal energies to flow freely and healthily which can open up new states of being. By working and releasing specific muscle and body areas we give rise to the energy located there to be felt, proccessed and shifted. It is accessible for all levels of fitness from new beginner upwards.
  • MANTRA: sound is your power of creation that removes blocks and emits energy. These sounds are generated and resonate from deep within. The sound creates a vibration, clears internal blocks and is then expressed into the world with a particular energy. We will be utilising Simple Healing Sounds to stimulate energy centres in the body. Your voice is encouraged to join in, though if you feel more comfortable to recieve silently that is also welcome.
  • BREATHE & HEAL: we take part in a 75-minute Breathwork practice to anchor yourself in to your body for access to your internal world. Breathwork itself creates the internal space to feel into any emotion or energy that is repressed, suppressed, ignored or simply unacknowledged. If you have any emotion or energy to release, this is the space for it! The music, your practices prior to this, the group energy and the power of the breath will lead to inner release and expansion.
  • INTEGRATING: after the breathwork we absorb and rest in total relaxation allowing time and space to integrate. We then take part in a gentle healing meditation. The offer to share with the collective and express anything that has arisen for you is given. We then close the healing circle with gratitude and leave with a renewed energy and powerful sense of self.

For over a decade, Craig has helped people break through obstacles that are holding them back in life, whether that be mind based issues, stress, lack of direction or passion, to looking for deeper meaning, exploring consciousness and spirituality, or simply looking to reach a balanced state of holistic physical and mental health.

He teaches breathwork, meditation, lucid dreaming, kundalini yoga and is a spiritual mentor who holds regular talks on vast topics. He shares methods on bringing balance and health to the human system through the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual elements. When these four areas are healthy & balanced, our lives will reflect this.

Providing a soft and quiet place to rebalance, destress and recharge our busy minds, it is the perfect environment to create healthy practices that encourage us back to 'home'ostasis.

The large, light and plant-filled loft studio has a serene energy that is palpable. Nestled in a listed 19th century former haberdashery mill that is steeped in history and surrounded by green space.

Breathwork is a fantastic practice that allows you to dive deep in to yourself while bringing many health benefits to mind, body and soul. Breathwork provides the opportunity for self-healing and feelings of freedom from blockages that we have accumulated on our journey. Due to the nature of breathwork sessions you must read and accept the following wavier before taking part, as it involves emotional release and physical sensation with expression, your experience is guided with safety by your facilitators but those facilitators cannot be held responsible for any mental, emotional or physical challenges that may arise from these sessions. Please do take care and responsibility of your wellbeing by listening to your body and adhering to these guidelines. Please note the important contraindications below.

Every breathwork session is a unique experience of its own. It is common to experience pins and needles, temperature changes, cramps, light headedness and a different varitey of your bodies sensations. This is completely normal and experienced mainly by new breathers. The body has an incredible level of intelligence and awareness and it is communicating what it needs, so by allowing any sensation to appear and without rejecting it you choose to dive deeper with your session, expand your experience further into your bodies stored energy and emotion and you strengthen the connection and trust to your body. You can always slow down the sensations by breathingly slowly through the nose, this will be explained to you in your sesson.To make the most of this session, please:

  • Wear comfortable clothing and layers to stay warm.
  • Do not eat a heavy meal within 3 hours before the event to ensure you get the most out of it.
  • Ensure good hydration prior to attending, but do not drink lots of water right before entering.
  • Bring water.
  • Do not be intoxicated from alcohol or drugs from within 24 hours.
  • Bring a blanket and a pillow. There are mats available unless messaged seperately.
  • Bringing a journal to write down your experience at the end can be helpful.
  • Bring any small, clean items that you feel help your spiritual practice.

Please note this practice is not a substitute for medical advice. If you experience any of the following, you should consult your GP or healthcare provider first:

  • Contraindications for breathwork are as follows: Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or psychosis, PTSD, epilepsy, heart conditions or arrhythmia, COPD, delicate pregnancy, pre-existing lung disease, high or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting or any recent major surgery or taking any medications or have any medical conditions. You must inform the facilitator BEFORE the session.
  • You understand that even though you are accepted as a participant you are responsible for any consequences resulting from this breathwork session and you take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
