Breathe & Freeze - 7th December| Orange Box Cafe

It's fair to say winter is over!!

So we've teamed up with the Orange Box Cafe for our Breathe & Freeze sessions located right in front of the cafe.

This is a great opportunity to try some breathwork and have an ice bath, in an inspiring group environment. Meet and connect with like-minded people and experience the positive benefits for yourself.

Run by Mark Hughes, a qualified ice bath and breathing coach, founder of One Life Live It and Guinness World Record holder organiser for the World's Biggest Group Ice Bath!

What's Included:

• Introduction to breathwork and cold exposure: Benefits, how to focus, breathing in the ice, how to get the maximum benefit.
  
• Breathwork session: Working on relaxing and regulating the nervous system, calming the mind and body, creating more focus, building energy and resilience. All breathwork has immediate and, if practiced regularly, long-term benefits.
  
• 3 minute group ice bath, including coaching to help relax and focus.
  
• Group warm-up.
  
• Ocean dash!!
  
• Coffee and connection (Discounted coffee/drink voucher included.)

WEATHER

If the forecast looks like rain on the day, while we know there are a lot of 'hardened' regulars, if the weather is full-on rain we will cancel the day before.

PLEASE CHECK INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK THE DAY BEFORE FOR AN UPDATE.

In the event we have to cancel, if you do book, we can refund the money or transfer the booking to the next session.

Due to limited spots available, bookings are required: $20.00.

Bring: Suncream, towel, bathers, water, warm top and sense of adventure!

Session lasts about 45 mins.

SESSION TIME: 9.30am (please arrive 10 mins before event to register and if you haven't already done so with this link.)

PARKING: There is limited parking and it can get busy so please either consider the train to North Fremantle, allowing an exta 15 minutes to arrive/park or park at Port Beach and walk down (10 minutes.) We do aim to start sessions on time :)

We have a waiver all participants are required to sign on the day, or submit now.

If you have any medical conditions including, but not limited to those below, please consult your doctor and bring a medical certificate if required: Heart Attack or Other Cardiovascular Abnormalities. Recent Surgery. Recurrent Headaches or Migraines. High or Low Blood Pressure. Epilepsy, Seizures, Panic Attacks, Other. Self-Harm. Any Form of Lung Disease. Blackouts or Fainting.
