Come join Sam every week for this incredible class of different yoga fusions to help you bring back balance.BREATHE & FLOW YOGA with SAM
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS @ 6PM SATURDAYS @ 11:45AM
In this class we will reconnect back to the body through the breath. Classes begin slow as we tune into breath to activate the body (Kundalini) and build up into a flow of movement (Vinyasa). This practice is alignment based (Iyengar) so we will use long holds of postures to build strength in the body & focus energy (Hatha). Practice will wind back down as we focus on more restorative practices that prepare us for rest (Savasana). Every class will be different depending on the time of day, season and bodies in the room. You can expect to breathe, move, build strength, find stillness and hopefully at the end a moment of rest for body & mind.

SUGGESTED DONATION: $10-$30
This class/event might take place in our covered outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly. Events will take place rain or shine!

ABOUT SAM
With over 10 years of experience and training in multiple lineages of yoga, Sam has integrated her training with her life experience to hold spaces that allow folks to slow down and pay attention. Sam comes to LA by way of Manila and has enjoyed her time working on building mindful community while she’s been here. The beginning of her yoga practice was a humbling & powerful moment in her life journey; this inspires her to make room for people to come back to the beginner’s mindset so that everyone can learn together in community… The way yoga is meant to be practiced.
