Breathe & Embody: New Year Reset
Join us for a rejuvenating evening at the Taekwon-Do Center Heidelberg on January 8 till February 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM (weekly on thursdays). Let's kick off the new year with a reset for mind and body. Take a deep breath, release tension, and embrace a sense of calm. Connect with others in a welcoming space as we focus on self-care and mindfulness. No experience necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to relax. See you there!
What you’ll experience
- Guided breathwork that you can control (coherent breathing, box breathing and extended exhalation).
- Mindful movement (non-contact, suitable for all levels) to improve posture, eye contact and timing.
- Reflection and journaling to help you maintain a sense of calm in your daily life.
- Two guides: Björn (structure and depth) and Katrin (warmth and flow)
No performance. No pressure. Just you learning to breathe differently.
