Join Yogini + Interior Designer Megan Siason Elliott on Thursday, October 16th at 6pm in a
heartfelt chat on how plants nurture our homes, well-being, & mental health, followed by a grounding yoga flow surrounded by lush greenery!
Breathe & Bloom has the intention of promoting wellness in the home through use of mindful movements (yoga) while sharing design tips to embrace that sense of wellbeing. This donation based restorative yoga will address biophilic design and create an emphasis around plants as medicine for the home
$15 suggested donation. All donations directly benefit Plantiitas, supporting their mission & impact in the community.
