Breathe and Bloom: A Restorative Gathering for Black Birthworkers
Rest is the great facilitator of healing. As bell hooks reminds us, “Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
Join us for Breathe and Bloom, an exclusive gathering designed for Black birthworkers to rest, connect, and recharge in community. This restorative event honors the vital work you do in maternal health and provides a sacred space to pause and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

- Grounding stretches to release tension and promote mindfulness
- A serene soundbath with singing bowls for relaxation and healing
- A light lunch to enjoy in the company of fellow birthworkers
