π¬ Anatomy & physiology β learning not only to engage the diaphragm fully for efficient oxygen exchange, but also how to employ other respiratory muscles to take a FULL breath.
π Extended exhales & breath holds β calming the nervous system and improving control
π¨ Pranayama β yogic techniques to easily lengthen and direct the breath
πΏ Japa β using mala beads. Repetition to anchor the mind & connect breath with intention
π§ Yin & Yoga Nidra β integrating the techniques in stillness
