This workshop is a beautifully crafted healing experience that begins with a breathing technique to activate the nervous system and moves into a calming sound bath to purify the body and mind.
During this two-hour journey, you will:
- Enjoy tea served with purpose and grounding intentions
- Practice intentional breathwork and mindfulness
- Experience deep calm through a sound healing immersion (chimes, gongs, drums, crystal bowls, and more).
You will leave feeling refreshed, and you will be amazed at the power that breath and sound can offer!
Comfort is key: Inflatable beds, blankets, and small pillows will be provided. Feel free to bring your own cozy items—pillows, bolsters, or blankets—to create your ideal relaxation setup.
