Breathe and Release: A Journey to Emotional Healing

We are so excited to bring you this session, designed to guide you through the process of understanding, healing, and releasing your emotions.

We will start with a short guided mindfulness & intention setting followed by an emotional awareness talk and support.

You will be given an emotional support handbook so you have practical tools and tips you can use at home.

*Learn how emotions are formed

*Learn how to identify, observe, acknowledge, and let go of your emotions

* A multitude of illnesses are caused by Emotional stagnation

* Healthy Mind =Emotional Health=Healthy Mental Health & Wellbeing

*Our emotions are our inner compass that continuously communicates with us

*Learn the language of your Emotions

*Learn somatic exercises and techniques to connect, observe and release your emotions

Following the talk, you will be guided through a Rebirthing Breathwork session, using conscious connected breathing through the nose to help drop into your subconscious and a space of deep and powerful healing. I will also offer supporting hands-on and distant reiki during this breathwork.

There will then be tea and nibbles provided before we end with sharing.

This is a safe space where you will be encouraged and supported to express your emotions in a healthy way.

Ana - I’m a qualified mental health practitioner (accredited with BACP), intuitive plant medicine and energy healing practitioner.

Rachel - I am a qualified breathwork practitioner, reiki, coach and yoga teacher.
