About this Event

Breathe and Expand is a grounding movement class designed for adults seeking greater calm, presence, and connection. Through breathwork, gentle stretching, contemporary floorwork, and guided improvisation, participants will be invited to release tension, cultivate awareness, and create space for both movement and rest.

The class emphasizes exploration rather than performance, offering accessible movement experiences that support nervous system regulation, self-expression, and overall well-being. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honor what feels supportive for their bodies on any given day.

Whether you're navigating stress, looking for a mindful movement practice, or simply seeking an hour to slow down and reconnect with yourself, this class provides a welcoming space to breathe, move, and expand.

What to bring: Comfortable, cozy clothing that allows for movement and a water bottle.

About The Instructor: Lilly Wylde is a performer and multidisciplinary artist with a strong foundation in dance and a passion for storytelling across artistic mediums. While pursuing her degree in dance, she discovered a love for creative direction, choreography, fashion, and visual storytelling. Her work is driven by collaboration, drawing inspiration from the exchange of ideas and the intersection of movement, design, and performance. Through her artistic practice, Lilly seeks to create immersive experiences that connect audiences to narrative, emotion, and imagination.
