Breathe and Connect

Join us as we journey throught the breathe to connect to our own inner wisdom. Breathwork invites us to create a deeper sense of presence and connection. During this workshop we will go on a musical journey with the breath followed by time for integration and connection in community. Partners and friends are welcome! Spaces are limited to 10 participants to keep an intimate group.

This type of breathing is not appropriate for individuals with the following medical conditions:

epilepsy, detached retina, glacoma, cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, stroke, seizueres, TIAs or other brain condition, aneurysm, pregnancy, recent surgery.
