- Daily yoga practice rooted in fun, flow, and focus
- Chakra awareness through movement and color
- Painting & creative arts from inner feelings
- Children’s Reiki intro and self-love healing
- Laughter medicine: “Ha Ho He Heal!” method for emotional uplift
- 5 Element exploration: nature-based awareness & balance
- Support for growing pains, emotions, and school stress
- Tools for chemical-free, holistic health from a young age
🎨 Each Day Includes:
Yoga, mindful games, painting, breathwork, guided meditation, and expressive healing tools.
