What to Expect:
During this special 90-minute experience, you'll enjoy a one-hour guided yoga session curated to calm your mind, release physical tension, and reconnect with your inner peace. Move intentionally through gentle flows and grounding postures designed to help you arrive fully in the present moment.
Following your practice, indulge in a 30-minute Bloom Bar experience where you'll design your own luxury floral bouquet to take home. Create a beautiful arrangement that reflects your unique style while extending the mindfulness and creativity from your mat into a tangible keepsake.
