We will have yoga props available for your use: yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets. You will want to wear comfy clothes and dress in layers. Following is the list of other items to bring:
- A yoga mat, if you would prefer your own
- Pillow
- Blanket
- Water bottle
- Journal/notebook/paper to write on
- Pen or pencil
