Breathe + Believe: A Group Breathwork JourneyBreathwork is a healing modality that uses simple controlled breathing patterns to take you into a deep state of consciousness. The power of breathwork provides a fast-track to emotional healing and is sometimes described as the missing piece in the holistic/wellbeing puzzle.
This breathing technique literally quiets the mind so that the heart can open and heal.It allows trapped emotions, stuck energy, deep seated trauma, emotional wounds and limited beliefs to release in a powerful way.
This easy practice is done to specific curated music, while laying down on a yoga mat.Expect to feel held in a safe and loving space where you will take a journey of profound healing and letting go of that which no longer serves you. The experience can be gentle or intense, as each person dictates their own session, because our individual needs change from day to day.
Dive into a profound healing experience of personal awakening, emotional release, heart-opening, transformation and peace by quieting the thinking mind and connecting with your higher self.
This practice can bring about different emotional states. From emotional catharsis and trauma healing to pure joy and true connection, we can expect many and varied benefits from this practice.
We'll open with intention setting, and a short, guided meditation. There will be a period of active breathing followed by a deep, relaxing rest period.
Healing this way in a group/community setting amplifies the energy and potential healing of each individual. Breathwork is a modality that must be experienced to appreciate.
Please bring a yoga mat and small blanket as body temperature can fluctuate during the ebbs and flows of this practice. Optional eye mask, crystals and other items you prefer for grounding.
About Kim
Kim is a certified Breathwork facilitator and Reiki Master. After practicing with several different modalities of healing, Kim discovered the simple and profound practice of Breathwork. Experiencing truly profound shifts in her own personal growth and healing with breathwork, Kim is passionate about sharing it with as many people as possible. Adding it to the many combined layers of energy healing training that she has cultivated over the years, has created a dynamic system for healing…a way to truly let go of negative patterns and fears that keep us stuck in so many ways.
