Please read below as several details have changed since our last Breathwork session.Breath is life. The deeper the breath, the fuller the life.
When we open to an enlivened breath, we create space for a more expansive way of being. Cultivating a relationship to conscious breath transforms our relationship to our self, to others and to the essence of life itself.
This style of breathwork is a form of conscious breathing that activates our innate intelligence and assists in releasing old beliefs, energetic patterns and perpetual obstacles to being our most authentic self.
Breathwork heals on every level: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. When we open ourselves fully to the breath, we open ourselves fully to life!
Allyson Baker will guide your breathwork journey and create a safe a sacred container for you to explore your inner world. A peaceful sound bath facillitated by Brian Sholette will ground you at the end of the breathwork journey.

COVID Protocol:
Your health is your responsibility. We will have many stringent protocols in place with the intent to create a Covid-conscious and safe environment for attendees, but please only register if you are comfortable breathing in community. Masks will not be required once in your designated space as this restricts the method of this style of breathwork.
Please do not come if you are showing symptoms of illness. Upon arrival you will be asked to undergo Covid screening. We will have air purifiers running throughout the session. Mats will be spaced 6 feet apart.
No HUE Center props will be available for use. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, and anything else you desire to make your space comfortable.
