Come explore different ways of being present with the Divine—try new spiritual practices, sit in quiet reflection, or simply breathe. It's space to discover what feeds your soul and what you might want to weave into your everyday life when you head back home.
You can join our guided sessions or spend some time in solitude—whatever feels right for you. Think of it as giving yourself permission to just be. And if someone in your life could use this kind of gentle restoration too, we have discounted rates for additional registrations.
A spa lunch will be provided. Childcare is available.
The cost to attend is $25 per person and $15 to add a friend. The day begins with registration at 9:30 AM with our first session at 10:00 AM. The day will conclude around 3:00 PM.
The day retreat will take place at Thankful Memorial Episcopal Church, Chattanooga.
