A foundational course in breath-based mindfulness meditation (i.e. anapana). This is a three week programme which begins on the day shown in Facebook. The programme includes classes, recordings and an integration workbook.Regular practice of these methods can be expected to have similar outcomes to those found in mindfulness meditation research (see the link below).
