This monthly men's class offers a welcoming space for men of all backgrounds to experience the benefits of breathwork, movement, and meditation in a way that’s grounded, practical, and deeply supportive.
Whether you’ve practiced before or are completely new, this class is designed to help you slow down, get present, and reconnect with your body and mind in a safe, non-judgmental space.
You’ll experience:
• Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
• Gentle floor-based yoga to open the body and release tension
• Seated or supported meditation designed to meet you where you are
No experience required. Chair modifications are available for all movement practices.
