Our Breath Work by the Sea events are an intimate and grounding experience to help you connect with yourself to reset, recalibrate & reflect.We run our sessions in 3 stages:
🧘♀️ ASANA
Unwind and let go of the day, week or month by grounding into the beautiful elements around us at the beach, setting our mind and body up to create the perfect posture for the session
😮💨 PRANAYAMA & KRIYA YOGA
Our pranayama Breath Work is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to create alignment with the mind, body and soul. We use breath, as well as mudras and movement to create alignment and connect
♥️ MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING
Finally, once we are in the perfect state of relaxation and found union between mind and body, we start our meditation and sound healing to allow you to really connect with yourself!
Sessions are $25 pp!
