Let's start by explaining what breathwork is...
Breathwork is the act of connecting back to self, it is a pattern of concious breathing that allows you to enter a deeper brainwave state that connects you to the here and now, within your body and the spiritual space around you.
Breathwork helps with :
- Emotional Regulation - by bringing awareness to the breath, you can better manage and process your emotions, reducing feelings of anxiety or anger.
- Increased Energy - certain techniques oxygenate the blood, stimulate circulation and provid a natural energy boost.
- Better Sleep and Relaxation - helps you unwind, relax and improves the quality of sleep.
- Reduced Sympotms of Anxiety - breathwork has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, by promoting relaxation and activating the bodys natural calming cycles
- Stress Reduction - helps naturally calm ones nervous system.
The goal of this workshop is to become pure awareness. To connect so deeply back into our bodies that all we feel is the energy space around us and nothing else, to help calm and regulate our nervous system as we all come out of a internal hybernation, and to help us understand better that we are not our bodies, just merely on the outskirts observing the world around us. We will dive into what conciousness itself is and the spiritual components that make up our being. If you clicked on this workshop or are interested in any way, the universe is calling you to open up and expand further into the truth of itself (and yourself). Recieve some slight reiki as well during this meditation and allow yourself to sink deeper into the being that is you.
*DISCLAIMER* This is a good workshop for people who have never tried breathwork before, as it will be guided and fasicilated by me ( a seasoned person with breathwork experince and level 2 reiki practioner) . It should be known before hand that breathwork is a serious and deeply transformative matter. When done properly and intently, you will feel your body cramping up and you will not be able to move your hands due to hyper active blood flow (eventually getting to the state of letting go), if that is something you will deem uncomfortable for you, I do not reccomend this workshop as you will not recieve the full benefits of it and potentially might hurt yourself within your internal space.
