About this Event
Join me for a powerful healing experince thru breath-werk + sound therapy. For the hour we will take a journey thru breathing techniques that help support our physical body & mental well-being. I curate a special playlist for each class so the energy will be unique & the music will help evoke emotions within. We will end the journey with some sound healing, aromatherapy & grounding meditation.
I will have comfy mats + pillows + blankets + water for everyone. Dress comfy & bring anything else you wish to support you.
