About this Event
Join us for a transformative journey into the breath work, sound bath modalities, Yin Restorative practices, and the craft of offering experiences as a facilitator. This immersive experience is the perfect addition to supplement your offerings as a yoga teacher, wellness coach or to broaden your personal practice.
Your program will be led by facilitators Richelle Morgan (creator of the Aligned Method and Aligned Elements), Dee Ortalan, and Isabella Rivera.
*completion of this program can be added to a current 200hr certification to qualify for 300hr or used as YACEP credits. This training is eligible for continuing education credits under Yoga Alliance.
BREATHWORK
Delve into the anatomy of what happens when we breathe and how we can use the breath to support, influence, and enhance our personal experience and the experience of our students.
SOUNDBATHS
Study the history and evolution of sound healing and meditating with sound. Explore sound and music theory via crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, learning how to create and hold inclusive and safe spaces for students to curate mind-body connections. Explore the history of meditation, meditation practices, and Sadhana rituals and how to create accessible meditation offerings.
YIN RESTORATIVE YOGA
Explore the study of Yin and Restorative postures and learn how to incorporate these modalities into your classes or personal practice. We'll explore the history, mind-body connections, energy channels, props, and sequencing.

A unique and authentic yoga and sound healing experience! The course was next-level, with equal parts theory, homework and hands-on exercises to put what you learn into practice.
