Dr. Anne became inspired and motivated to create BioTransform LLC after experiencing her own personal health crisis. After years of labs, medications, and life upheavals, conventional medicine was not able to help determine the root causes of her dysfunction or provide healing. Using her Ph*rm*cy Doctorate education to research beyond the typical offerings ultimately led her on the path to Functional Medicine.

Functional Medicine is a holistic thought process that allows us to explore our health as a whole, including our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This personalized process empowers us with individualized information to determine root causes of our health situations and support our path to wellness. This gift of individualized knowledge supported her healing journey and inspired her to study and graduate from the Institute of Functional Medicine.

After this discovery, Dr. Anne continued to explore other modalities that would help support the healing processes of her body. Everything led to Breathwork, where she immediately noticed the physical benefits. After continued practice, it became clear that this modality supports physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic being as well. She became an advanced certified Breathwork Practitioner and has since also become yoga alliance certified in sound bath restorative modality as well. Dr. Anne is inspired to bring these wellness modalities into the hearts and homes of all interested.

A powerful and transformative full body experience using breath to help us rebalance our nervous system. Our minds, emotions, and spirit influences our physical system directly and deeply. Breathwork has been shown to increase feel good hormones, decrease stress hormones, and induce relaxation. This combination supports our bodies innate ability to heal.
