Welcome to our monthly Breathwork circle.This circle is a place to come into connection with your body and breath and meet yourself fully.
We're here, every four weeks, providing the space for you to come and be whatever you need to be.
A space without expectations, goals or specific outcomes and open to anyone who is curious about exploring more of who they are.
Breathwork is a form of psychosomatic therapy, a body-based way of getting in touch with all of the various 'parts' of yourself and listening in to why we are the way we are.
Whatever you're bringing, this is a space to unpack and integrate information that is stored in the body and understand your next steps from here.
Breathwork can guide you to untangle your inner world. Whether you're feeling stuck, confused, depressed, disconnected from Spirit, anxious or at a big crossroads in your life or are simply curious about why you're showing up in relationship or the world in a certain way, breathwork will provide a deeper level of clarity or understanding.
Perhaps you are opening - or desiring to open to deeper compassion, acceptance, self love and forgiveness.
If you want to go beyond the thinking mind and into full communication with the body, the subconscious and your innate wisdom, then this is the journey for you.
Gain insights into what it is that informs your actions, emotions and life choices by bringing awareness to the deeper layers of self.
Individual experiences during breathwork sessions can be highly varied and a supportive space is created to guide you into staying curious and open to what arises.
We learn to listen, we learn to be present with ourselves and most importantly, we learn how to breathe through it all.
Breath Rites is for every BODY. You can’t do it wrong. All you need is a body and a breath.
A breath session can include, but is not limited to:
- altered states of consciousness/accessing the deeper wisdom of the body
- visions, physical sensations, experiencing various emotions
- detoxifying the body
- resolving past traumas
- processing 'unfinished loops' in the nervous system
- insights to behavioural & relationship patterns
- feeling connected to universal oneness
- meeting & understanding internal blocks such as self-doubt & destructive ways of thinking/being
- an embodied sense of self love, self compassion, forgiveness and acceptance
- transformation, healing, re-birthing
- remembering ones true multidimensionality
