After an incredibly powerful first collaboration in July, we are delighted to come together again to offer another evening of deep transformation and heartfelt devotion.
This special breathwork session blends Meg’s grounded, soulful facilitation with Sarah’s radiant mantra and harmonium, creating a space where you can soften into connection—with yourself, with spirit, and with the people in your life.
Together, we’ll use breath, sound, and intention to clear what’s been standing in the way of love and connection, and open the heart to possibility right here, right now.
We’ll begin with the Ganesha mantra, invoking the remover of obstacles to release what blocks our connection and to invite clarity, compassion, and openness. We’ll close with the joyful Hare Krishna mantra, calling in devotion, love, and the pure bliss of belonging.
