Join us for Breath of Maharlika, a transformative breathwork and energy healing ceremony designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and authentic self. This experience is a guided journey into the depths of your body’s innate intelligence, where the breath becomes a powerful tool to release blockages, clear stagnant energy, and uncover the gifts hidden beneath pain and wounds.
Rooted in the Filipino Healing Arts and enhanced with intuitive psychic guidance, this event is a sacred space to heal ancestral and generational trauma while awakening your inner mystic. Through circular connected breathing, rhythmic music, and energy work, you will be supported in moving through suppressed emotions and reconnecting with your heart. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional release, or a deeper sense of purpose, this ceremony offers a safe and welcoming container for full expression and transformation.
What to Expect:
During this experience, you will lie down in a comfortable space as you are guided through a combination of breathwork, energy work, and sound medicine. This cathartic process may involve moving, shaking, laughing, crying, or other expressions, all of which are welcomed as your body clears and heals. By the end of the session, you will feel lighter, more aligned, and deeply connected to your inner compass.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Something to cover your eyes
- A small personal power object (crystal, jewelry, ancestral relic, etc.)
- Water
- Journal and something to write with
Preparation:
Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating heavy foods at least 2 hours prior to the event. Take a moment before the session to reflect on your intention and what you wish to call in through this experience.

After a few failed attempts of suicide and the birth of his son, he transformed his pain into purpose.
