"Breath of Life" reunites Big Glow Productions : Brian & Annie Piergrossi with Healing Arts Management : John and Kathy Stringer to co-create a daytime event on Sat, Oct 26 at Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta (SLCA) that combines the power of Rebirthing Breathwork with the creative joy and expression of an acoustic Concert.REBIRTHING BREATHWORK & LIVE MUSIC :
As experienced breathwork hosts Brian & Annie guide you through the Rebirthing Breathwork, and Kathy joins them in offering energy work, John will infuse the ceremony with live music to further support your healing journey! John will also share some songs after the breath to assist all in really anchoring in the power that has just moved through the group and raise our vibration with music that moves the soul.
Rebirthing Breathwork is a safe & simple experiential process. In this workshop they will be utilizing the scientifically proven, potent, and effective modality of breathwork to unveil and release stagnancy lingering in the body, mind, and spirit. This practice is available to everyone regardless of ability, age or experience.
We will use a connected & conscious breathing rhythm called “circular breath” to flood the body with O2. In addition, you will be supported with our renowned, hands-on healing during the experience.
The intention for this breathwork is to heal anything that comes between you and deeply resting in this timeless loving presence.
This is a rejuvenative, regenerative space to surrender and unlock a deeper layer of your innate innocence.
