Breath of Life Activation combines Circular Breathwork, guided visualizations, and a musical journey to promote a powerful, mystical experience for healing and awakening.
This is an immersive experience where you will be given the chance to be in your "heaven state": A mind, body, and spiritual connection where you'll feel full of love and higher wisdom. This state of Being is where infinite possibilities exist.

The purpose of this type of spiritual Breathwork is to rebalance and align all parts of you back into love, because that's what you are!

Please bring a yoga mat or something like a blow-up camping mattress, blanket and pillow. Something for an eye mask is preferred too. There are limited extra blankets and mats I can give out if needed. Also eat lightly a few hours before and wear comfy clothing.
Colter has led over 600 meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 & loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible. Colter creates an environment that makes you feel connected to yourself, to other participants, and to the pulse of life inside us all.
