Join me for Breath of Flow, a gentle post-Valentine’s morning designed to reconnect you to your breath, your voice, and your inner truth.

We’ll move through breathwork, meditation, vocal activation, and sound healing; opening the places that want to be seen, heard, and cherished.

We’ll close with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, honoring both those loving themselves and those sharing love with another. All are welcome here. 🌹✨

What to Bring:
Anything that makes you feel cozy and supported: yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, or whatever helps you rest deeply on this cosmic adventure.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. We begin promptly, late arrivals after 10 minutes will not be admitted to preserve the sacred container.
