Together we will dive deep into the lost art of conscious breathing techniques and sound healing. Discovering how they can provide mental clarity, reduce stress, enhance your quality of life, and improve your overall health.
Science is showing that the body expresses what the mind suppresses. By intentionally activating our breath we are able to shut down the Prefrontal Cortex (monkey mind/Ego) allowing our subconscious mind to come online. Victoria Strutt is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Holistic Healer. Through her own self de-construction, soul retrieval & deep healing, she has found that our greatest source of power lies within. Victoria founded Alchemy of Air to bring holistic healing modalities to the community and individual coaching to those seeking spiritual & self growth. Her passion is in holding space for those journeying through the dark, on the path to remember their light.
