Try not to eat at least 2 hours prior to the event (if you have to eat make it something light).
Be to come hydrated.
Wear clothing that is loose around your abdomen.

Lisa Jones is an Internationally Recognized Conscious Breathing Practitioner since 1998 teaching thousands of individuals on four continents; supporting their journeys into the body/mind realm.
